(Rules for using the service)
The following terms of use are set out for the use of the online Japanese lessons and foreign recruitment seminars (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by Starfield LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
1. Course Rules (Reservations, Cancellations, and Lateness)
1.1 Reservations
Reservations can be made 24 hours a day.
Lessons are available from 10:00 to 5:00 the following morning.
An additional fee of 500 yen will be charged for lessons on weekends and in the evenings (9pm to 5am the following morning).
1.2 Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule to another date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered a missed lesson and lesson fees will be charged.
1.3 Dealing with lateness (regarding online lessons)
If a student does not enter the classroom within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the lesson will be automatically canceled and will not take place.
In that case, fees will still be charged.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 Payment Methods
Payment will be made in advance (by credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Transfer fees will be borne by the user.
2.2 Refunds
As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for cancelled lessons or seminars that have already been booked.
However, if we are unable to hold a lesson or seminar due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the lesson or seminar to a different date .
3. Disclaimer
We shall not be held responsible for any communication failures caused by Internet connection problems, equipment troubles, etc., that may occur when using this service.
Even if a student is unable to attend a lesson due to personal reasons, lesson fees will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the content of this service.
Although we will notify you in advance, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of such changes or termination.
Our company will not bear any responsibility if a student causes damage to a third party in relation to this service.
These terms and conditions may be revised without notice.
The latest terms and conditions will apply when they are posted on our website.
